The office is extremely nice and clean and the staff is great. We just moved to the area and I'm so glad to have found this clinic. My daughter loved the very kind and patient staff that we dealt with during our visit. We even thought my daughter left her iPod in the waiting room. I called back to check and the lady that answered the phone looked all around the building for us. She didn't seem bothered but happy to assist us. Thank you!
The receptionist at the front are very rude and disrespectful and do not speak upon entry. They acts as if u aren't there. I took paperwork in to be filled out by the Dr and called a few days later and was told the Dr wouldn't fill them out. In which I later found out that the Dr was told by one her receptionist that employees are abusing the system with these papers which is nun of her business because they are there to do a job.After finally getting the paperwork done I looked over it and noticed all questions weren't answered and she was getting irritated as she was answering the questions but as I was leaving she was telling everyone in the office I better not bring them back but it was her mistake not mines.Not to mention the overpayment of $45 in which the charge is $25.
Has anyone ever heard of a clinic that turns away a sick child with insurance? BC this place will and then they will call your work and try to get you fired when you get mad about your child suffering..
The staff is very friendly and helpful, and Dr. Jackie is always on point.
My wife had a horrible experience with this facility. This place did not return phone calls in a timely manner and has an unprofessional nurse that actually hung the phone up on my wife when she voiced her frustrations. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
