They have signs saying that every patient will be seen regardless of the inability to pay. I have a 5 year that I wanted to be seen cause of a case of Strep Throat has been confirmed in his class room and he has been complaining about his throat and has had a fever. I told the lady mulitple times that I won't have enough to get his medication if he gets any if I pay for the visit. She told me had to pay for the visit anyway. I dont see what good it does my child to get the diagnosis but is unable to get the medicine needed to treat it. I've come here numerous times and its always been a giant headache even when I had the money to pay for everything. Don't waste your time or gas. Its not worth it. Don't fall for their rating on their Facebook page either. Half of the reviews are from lady's that have worked there.
Horrible excuse for healthcare. I wasted my time, money and gas to basically be told my concerns are unwarranted and I need to see a different provider. The nurse practioner was uncaring and cold and the staff was rude. It's pretty obvious they just do not care about the people walking into their clinic. I would suggest they find a different profession because to be in healthcare you should at least have an ounce of compassion and concern. Awful experience.

I was referred here by the emergency room doctor. The staff is rude and I call constantly about test that were performed on me. They dont return calls nor are they any help. I wont be returning here for nothing, not even shots if they are available.
The only reason I go to this clinic is because I no longer have health insurance. If you've been on the same medication for years, it's a struggle for the "Dr" there to even remotely understand that you need refills. If you think you have the flu or a sinus infection, sure they'll prescribe you an antibiotic but you can forget about getting blood work performed or receiving any type of steroid shot to help you breathe better. I will never go to this worthless clinic again. I'd rather pay $70 more to go to a Methodist Minor Clinic where the nurse actually cares about helping you feel better. Only thing Byhalia will help you with is explaining a Netti Pot!
