The ladies in shipping and receiving are very polite and a pleasure to talk to . Once they start on your truck the load and unload within the allotted time
Their retail store has amazing deals but I have a horrible experience every time. They are always late to open the store and today, they were completely closed at 3:45pm and the only sign on the door was about a previous weekend sale - no other info. And if you call Asics, they give you a number to the store and it just sends you to a recording - so you can't even call ahead! This store is very out of the way for me and it's the whole experience is utterly frustrating.
I purchased some of my classic shoes here and they all are great. My shopping experience is great with them
